PURPOSE:To increase the restoration capability for oxide film up to a spark generating voltage, by adding dextrin to base material composed of polyvalent alcohol such as ethylene glycol, dimethylformamide and other solvent, boric acid and ammonium borate. CONSTITUTION:Dextrin in the range of 1-10g/100g is added to polyvalent alcohol such as ethylene glycol glycerine, dimethylformamide and other solvent. The addition of dextrin exhibits its effect from the range of about 1g/100g. The almost same effect is obtained in the range of 3g-10g/100g. When the range exceeds the above values, the addition is not effective because of the decrease of solubility and electric conductivity. By applying an electrolyte for driving to which dextrin is added in this manner, the high conductivity electrolyte can be used in the field of high voltage. Heretofore, it has been impossible to be used in such a field, because it has no restoration capability for oxide film.
