PURPOSE:To properly execute exposure in a short time without necessitating works which is complicated in setting a position by using three kinds of color separation picture plates for a sensitive material in a sheet shape having a surface where three kinds of microcapsules are arranged by mixing many kinds and distributing them. CONSTITUTION:First-third plates providing light absorbing patterns which prevents or suppresses the transmission of lights in a first-third wavelength areas according to the first-third color components of a color picture are respectively formed in a plate making part 3 and held in a plate holding carrier part 16 after setting position in a position specification part. Controlled by an action control part 46, the plate holding carrier part 16 sequentially carries the first-third plates to an exposure process part 32 and the positions of the respective first-third plates are set in order that they are on the specified positions previously specified by the position specification part. Thus, the exposure selected for the sensitive material according to each of the first-third plates can be sequentially and properly executed in a comparatively short time.
