A device for monitoring loads exerted on parts of the body comprises a measuring device (1, 101) for recording a load parameter and an electronic part (3, 103) provided with a device (10) for inputting a desired load range, an evaluation device (16), a display device (9, 15), a microprocessor (18) and a data storage (19) to which measurement data, the analytical data derived therefrom, and data concering the desired load range may be supplied. The microprocessor (18) calculates the ratio between the instantaneous load and the desired range; the comparative data thus obtained are also recorded. Statistical values can be determined and recorded from the recorded values and possibly from actual values. Data can be displayed on the display device (9, 15) as they are being recorded. Recorded data concerning previous loads can be polled by means of a polling device (11). This permits better monitoring of behaviour under load. |
