<p>A self-contained inflatable sign (2) for temporary attachment to prominent portions of structures to provide a highly visible message day or night. The sign is an envelope (5) made from translucent flexible panels (3) which is inflated by a blower (21) within the envelope (5) which also contains a series of lights (17). A message banner (13) is interchangeably held onto the envelope (5). When inflated the envelope (5) becomes a strong illuminated sign capable of withstanding severe outdoor environments but light enough to be quickly and easily erected on highly visible but otherwise difficult to access portions of buildings or structures. An alternate version is specifically designed for mounting against the front of a commercial building (24) as a marquee-type display.</p> |
