This invention is a type of sound volume fader circuit amplifier which increases or decreases sound volume. The output port of an initial reset circuit (I) is connected to the reset terminal of flip- flop through a diode (D1). The fade-out switch (PS1) is connected to the set terminal of flip-flop through a resistor (R2). The operation of an integrator (2) by an comparator (CP1) is interupted in order to maintain the fade-in-time constantly. After the operation of fade- in, the fade-out switch is instantaneously connected.
