A method for generating power from the vaporization of a liguefied natural gas at least partially liguefying a multicomponent mixt. of the duct (107) with the gas, pumping the mixt. in the pump (111) to an elevated pressure, heating the pressurized mixt. in the heat- exchanger (102) to form a vapor, enpanding the vapor through the first and second expanders (122, 125) and producing power from the generator (126). The mixt. comprises methane, ethylene, propane and mitrogen.
