A transparent pane, having a circular, fixed, first window pane which, sealed around the border, is inserted into a cylindrical housing, exhibits a circular, encircling, second window pane which terminates the housing on the side opposite the first window pane, is attached in a rotationally fixed manner onto the shaft of a drive motor, which is arranged in the interspace between the two window panes, and is circumferentially sealed in a water-tight manner against the housing. Arranged in the interspace between the two window panes is a securing means which is integral with the housing, is connected to the housing via narrow webs and on which a structural unit, comprising the drive motor and the encircling, second window pane attached on the shaft thereof, is fastened by fastening means which can be actuated from the outside of the interspace.
