Present invention is a golf ball having a plurality of dimples evenly formed and uniformly distributed on the spherical surface and having six great circle paths which do not intersect any dimplex. The spherical surface is divided into twenty spherical triangles corresponding to the faces of a regular icosahedron, each of the triangles being subdivided into four smaller triangles consisting of a central triangle and three apical triangles and the dimplex being arranged not to intersect the sides of the central triangles. The ball flies straight and farther. |
