The converter is used in wave-power stations where the movement of the floating pontoons resulting from the wave force is the drive force. In motor vehicles, in particular having Stelzer motors in place of the shock absorber, a large amount of energy is present. The energy gained by using the converters is the difference between the energy consumed by the vehicle on the road on which the vehicle travels and the energy consumed when the vehicle travels on an ideal straight and flat road. The converter can be used as an energy source in all cases where the back and forward movement is present.
