m is 3 or 4;
A is a bond, -(CH2)q- wherein q is an integer of 1 to 4, or -CH(CH3)-;
X and Y are independently selected from H, F, Cl, Br, CF3, NO2, OH, OCH3, azido, C1-3 alkyl, phenyl, methanesulfonyl, cyano, amino, (C1-3 alkoxy)carbonyl, C1-3 alkanoyloxy and C1-3 carboxyacylamino;
R is hydrogen or C1-3 alkyl;
either R1 and R2 are independently selected from H, C1-3 alkyl and allyl, or NR1R2 is 1-azetidinyl, 1-pyrrolidinyl, 1-piperidinyl, 1-pyrrolyl, 3-pyrrolinyl, 3-azabicyclo[3.1.0]-hexan-3-yl and 3-azabicyclo[3.2.0]-heptan-3-yl;
Z is H, C1-3 alkyl or C 1-3 alkanoyl; and
the perforated lines mean that the cycloaliphatic ring is saturated or contains a double bond at one of the two indicated positions;
or a pharmacologically-acceptable salt thereof.
