Valve arrangement

In a valve arrangement, consisting of a directional control valve and a pressure balance, for a hydraulic consumer, the volumetric flow to the consumer is varied by the pressure difference at the pressure balance being varied. This can be effected by an additional volumetric flow in the pressure-indicating line carrying the load pressure, by the admission of fluid to an auxiliary piston for the pressure balance, or by relief of the pressure applied on the inlet side to the directional control valve.
