<p>PURPOSE:To uniformize the thickness of a magenta filter layer and the eliminate fluctuations in sensitivity by using a magenta film layer to form the lowermost layer of plural color filter layers. CONSTITUTION:The magenta filter layer 3a is formed in a prescribed position via a flattening layer 2a on a semiconductor substrate 1 on which a photodetecting part 1a and a CCD part 1b are provided. An intermediate layer 2b, a cyan filter layer 3b, an intermediate layer 2c and a yellow filter layer 3c are successively laminated on the layers 3a and the surface thereof is coated with a top coating layer 2d. The layers 2a, 2b and 2c can be formed of a radiation sensitive resin such as polymethyl methacrylate and dyeing base materials for the layers 3a, 3b and 3c can be formed by mixing ammonium dichromate with gelatin, casein, albumin and PVA.</p> |
