PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition excellent in mechanical properties and heat aging resistance and having an effect of relaxing an electric field, by mixing a rubber plastic with specified SiC and carbon black. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. rubber plastic (e.g., ethylene/propylene rubber) is mixed with 50-1,000pts.wt. SiC of a purity (as determined by JIS R-6124) >=95% and, optionally, 0.5-20pts.wt. carbon black.
