PURPOSE:To extend the life by providing a projection on the side end section at the tip of the divided section of a substrate. CONSTITUTION:A projection 17 protruded from the tip 9c is provided on the side end section on the tip 9c of the divided section 9a serving as the dividing means 4 of a substrate 9. Even if an envelope 1 is deformed when heated, part of the envelope 1 is not stuck to the tip 9c of the divided section 9a. Since the deformation of the envelope 1 is restricted by the projection 17 and occurs from the tip 17a, the deformation has a margin by the height H of the projection 17, and the deformed portion is floated above the tip 9c of the divided section 9a. When the molding process is performed with the compressed air, the envelope 1 is returned to the original shape. The life can be thereby extended without causing the melted and scattered phenomenon of the envelope 1.
