PURPOSE:To quickly replace a fluid of the inside of a housing by providing two cavities and two acoustic tubes on both sides of a vibrating body, and aggregating two acoustic tubes of the surface and the reverse side of the vibrating body and connecting them to one conduit tube. CONSTITUTION:By laminating housing 5, 6, a base body 1 and a vibrator 4 consisting of piezoelectric vibrators 2, 3, disk-like cavities 8, 9 having a roughly equal volume V are formed. Simultaneously, on both sides of projecting parts 1a, 1b of the base body 1, acoustic tubes 10a, 10b, 11a and 11b whose cross sections are semi-circular are formed, and their tips communicate with conduit tubes 12a, 12b formed by grooves 5d, 6d of the housings 5, 6. In this state, when the conduit tube 12b is set at the upstream side and inserted into a fluid, the fluid to be measured passes through the cavities 8, 9 from the acoustic tubes 10b, 11b and flows to the acoustic tubes 10a, 11a, and the fluid to be measured is always replaced.
