PURPOSE:To make an adhesive layer unnecessary and to make the processability good, and laminating a specific polyolefin resin composition layer and a thermoplastic resin layer under a specific condition. CONSTITUTION:A polyolefin resin composition layer containing an inorganic filler and thermoplastic resin layer having substantially no adhesiveness with that polyolefin resin composition layer are laminated through no adhesive layer by means of a co-extrusion molding and roll-pressed. As the inorganic filler, carbonates, sulfates, silicates and metal powders are preferable. The average particle size of the inorganic filler is usually 2-100mum and preferably 5-80mum. The content of the inorganic filler in the polyolefin resin composition is usually 10-80wt.% and preferably 20-60wt.%. The pressure of the roll-press in the case of the co-extrusion molding is usually 10kg/cm of linear pressure or more and preferably 15-500kg/cm. |
