PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of power generation, by forming an induction generating coil section to be a separate unit which is moved from and into a rotating field generated from a rotating pole section and is separated from said rotating pole section. CONSTITUTION:When a motor 12 is driven by a driving circuit 10 and a rotating pole section 18 is rotated along with the rotation of the motor 12, then induced current is generated at an induction generating coil section 30. A storage battery 16 is charged with the induced current through a charging equipment 36, and voltage is applied from the storage battery 16 to a power section 38. In its case, by a charged state detector 14, current quantity flowing to the motor 12 rotated always at constant rotational frequency is checked, and when its current value is lowered to a fixed level and is stabilized, then it is discriminated that the battery is fully charged, and electrical conduction to the motor 12 is stopped. In this manner, an induction coil 34 is positioned in a rotating field and an induced electromotive force is obtained, and so the efficiency of power generation is improved.
