PURPOSE:To alleviate a control operation over sealer supplying conditions by supplying sealers separately by several times to suitably form a thin nonhermetically sealing package. CONSTITUTION:Inner leads 9 and a pellet 11 inside a supporting ring 4 of a carrier tape 2 in which the pellet 11 is disposed downside are uniformly coated thinly with resin 29 by a first supplying unit 27 disposed on an upper stage runner 23, and the inner lead 9 group and the pellet 11 are sealed by a first sealing layer 30. After they are baked, the tape 2 is reversely rotated by sprockets, and disposed upside down. The side periphery of the pellet 11 of the tape 2 in which the pellet 11 is disposed upside is coated with resin 31 by a second supplying unit 28 disposed in an intermediate stage runner 24, and the rear surface of the inner lead circuit 9 group and the side face of the pellet 11 are completely sealed by a second sealing layer 32. Thus, the front and rear surfaces are separately coated with the resin to suitably coat them with the resin thinly.
