PURPOSE:To save waste of material by installing a plurallity of cutouts which pass through both sides of a corrugated sheet. CONSTITUTION:Corrugated sheets 7, 8 are installed on both sides of a partition 6 so that these wavy patterns 10 intersect at a right angle. Cutoutd 10 open in the peak of the wavy pattern and are formed straight so as to intersect perpendicularly to the wavy pattern. Oxidizing agent gas or fuel gas flows through the cutouts 11. Frames 9 are bonded at both ends in a wavy pattern direction of the corrugated sheets 7, 8. The corrugated sheets 7, 8 which are manufactured by cutting work after plastic working are combined with the partition 6 to form a separator 5. Waste of material is thereby eliminated and manhour of working is also reduced. |
