PURPOSE:To make easier the chipping operation of concrete by a method in which a cylinder of an expanded material is inserted into the upper iron bar portion of a concrete pile to cover the iron bar portion, and concrete is poured into the surrounding space of the covered portion. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 2 of an expanded material is inserted into the upper iron bar portion 12 of a concrete pile 1 to cover the iron bar 12 portion, and concrete is poured into the surrounding space of the covered portion to cover the iron bar 12 portion with the concrete. In constructing the upper part of the foundation, the hardened concrete around the covered portion of the iron bars 12 is removed, and the cylinder 2 is removed to expose the iron bars 12 to outside. The presence of the cylinder 2 can prevent the direct adherence of concrete to the iron bars, and therefore, the need to remove the concrete from the iron bars 12 at the time of exposing work can be eliminated and the following work can be made easier. |
