PURPOSE:To carry out the resin switching operation and the color switching operation in parallel with the product molding operation and to improve thereby productive efficiency, by setting a plurarity of pouring holes for a molten resin in a cavity, setting a plurarity of injection apparatus corresponding to the pouring holes, opening selectively the pouring holes and injecting resins having different kinds and colors. CONSTITUTION:Injection is carried out from the mold clamping dotection by means of an injection apparatus I16. When injected, a nozzle 18 is brought into contact with a resin pouring hole 17 over a fixed die plate 11 as shown by a dotted line 18a and a resin is poured in a cavity 15. Injection apparatus II19, III20 and IV21 are fixed on supporting plates 25, 26 and 27 which are freely rotatably supported on blackets 22, 23 and 24 fixed on a fixed die plate 11. Upon injection, as shown with an injection apparatus II19, resin is poured in the cavity 15 by means of a nozzle 28. Injection apparatus III20 and IV21 similarly carry out resin injections from other resin pouring holes set on the surfaces is contact with a mold upon injection. Apparatus for opening and closing pouring holes which controll opening and closing the pouring holes are set on each pouring hole 17 and 29 and block 31 moving forward and backward by means of an actuator 30 opens and closes a resin path 32 of the pouring hole 17. |
