PURPOSE:To contrive multifunctionalization capable of changing another disk under the reproducing state of one disk by providing a disk inserting hole capable of loading/unloading a disk to/from 3rd or 2nd disk mounting part positioned facing 2nd or 3rd disk rotating drive part and holding a center part of a 1st disk mounting part between them. CONSTITUTION:An exchange tray 32 is set up in front of and on the right side of the front edge of a tray 12 housed in a main chassis 14. This exchange tray 32 is freely slidably supported in the direction of an arrow F or G by guide parts 11c and 11d provided in the chassis 14 via the disk inserting hole formed in the front panel of the disk reproducing device 11 concerned. Then, the exchange tray 32 is extruded from the disk reproducing device 11 under the state of sliding out in the direction of the arrow F, whereas it is housed in the disk reproducing device 11 under the state of sliding out in the direction of the arrow G. By this method, a disk can be loaded or unloaded to or from the 3rd or 2nd disk mounting part under the reproducing state of a disk mounted on the 2nd or 3rd disk mounting part, thus promoting effectively the multifunctionalization.
