<p>PURPOSE:To enhance an electric insulating property, detergent resistance and chemicals resistance, by applying a vinyl chloride plastisol composition A containing an adhesiveness imparting agent to a polyester film to melt the same under heating and, after once solidifying the coating layer, laminating and applying a vinyl chloride plastisol composition B containing no adhesiveness imparting agent to said film. CONSTITUTION:A polymer containing an isocyanurate ring obtained by polymerizing a polyisocianate compound is used in a plastisol composition A as an adhesiveness imparting agent so as to be capable of imparting adhesiveness to said composition A or using the composition A as an adhesive. In a plastisol composition B, an epoxy resin liquid at ambient temp. is pref. used. The proper use and mixing amount of an epoxy plasticizer or resin or a polyester plasticizer is at least 10 pts. wt. The plastisol composition A applied to a polyester film becoming a base material is heated at 90-250 deg.C to be melted and subsequently once solidified and the plastisol composition B is laminated to said coating layer in a thickness at least of 30mum to improve detergent resistance and an electric insulating property.</p> |
