发明名称 COOLING AIR PASSAGE STRUCTURE IN COMPOSITE BLADE
摘要 PURPOSE:To make a ceramic shell coolable in utilizing the air that cooled a metal core by installing a passage leading the cooling air led by the metal core into the ceramic shell, and also installing a groove, for making the cooling air flow, on a surface of the metal core. CONSTITUTION:A blade profile ceramic shell 1 with a hollow part is inserted into the hollow part, while it is supported by a metal core to be connected to both upper and lower side walls 4 and 5. And, in an interval between the shell 1 and the core 2, there is filled up with a thermal insulating buffer layer 3 coupling these elements 1 and 2 together. In this structure, there is provided with a passage 6b which is branched off from this passage 6a and leads cooling air into the inner wall side of the shell 1. And, on a surface of the core 2, there is provided with a groove 7 for making the cooling air flow toward both these upper and lower side walls 4 and 5. With this constitution, the air that cooled the core 2 is led into the shell 1, thereby cooling the shell 1 positively.
