<p>The device comprises: (a) a first truck (18) which can move in translation along a first rolling path (19); (b) a second truck (20) which can move in translation along a second rolling path (22), in a direction which is substantially perpendicular to the direction of the said first rolling path (19); (c) a spraying lance (21) carried on the said second truck (20) and extending in the direction of the first truck (18), the level and the length of the said lance being such that its end can penetrate inside the metallurgical vessel (10) carried by the said first truck (18); (d) means for, on the one hand, rotating the said lance (21) about its longitudinal axis, and, on the other hand, pivoting it about an axis which is substantially perpendicular to the said longitudinal axis. <IMAGE></p> |
