PURPOSE:To quickly and accurately predict furnace heat in a blast furnace and to stabilize the blast furnace operation by introducing the min. value of solution loss carbon quantity or the max. value of nitrogen in furnace top gas, and a correcting valuable for iron tapping hole into ARMA model as MA term. CONSTITUTION:The tracing operational result of the blast furnace is used and variation with passing time of the furnace heat level in the blast furnace is predicted by the ARMA model to stabilize the blast furnace operation. In the above blast furnace heat prediction method, the min. value of the solution loss carbon quantity at the prescribed interval of time or the max. value of the nitrogen in the furnace top gas components at the prescribed interval of time, and the correcting valuable to difference of the plural iron tapping holes are introduced as MA term. The above min. value or the max. value is divided into plural sections in the above prescribed interval of time, and it is desirable that the min. value or the max. value in the average values in every sections is found. By this method, delay of the prediction is prevented and the variation of molten iron temp. can be accurately predicted. |
