PURPOSE:To execute a highly stable temperature control, and to display an electric characteristic with high accuracy by integrating a refrigerating element for cooling into electronic parts, and providing a temperature correcting circuit which can control the cooling quantity of the refrigerating element. CONSTITUTION:A refrigerating element 2 is integrated into electronic parts 1, and a temperature sensor 3 is attached to the suitable position of the electronic parts. Information detected by this temperature sensor 3 is brought to an information exchange with a conversion value which has been set in advance by a temperature detecting circuit 5 of a temperature correcting circuit 4, and by a control circuit 6, an output circuit 7 is controlled to the refrigerating element 2 and the cooling quantity is adjusted, by which a temperature of the electronic parts 1 is kept stably. In such a way, the electric characteristic of the electronic parts is maintained with high accuracy, and a high speed of the electronic apparatus, and the stability are quickened.
