PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition improved in impact resistance, heat stability, etc., and suited for molding, etc., by adding a specified organic phosphite compound to a polymer blend comprising a polyester resin and a polycarbonate resin. CONSTITUTION:An organic phosphite compound of the formula (wherein R is a 1-9C alkyl) is added to a polymer blend comprising a polyester resin and a polycarbonate resin to improve its crystallinity, etc. Examples of said organic phosphites of the formula include bis(2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenyl) pentaerythritol diphosphite and bis(2,4,6-tri-tert-butylphenyl)pentaerythritol diphosphite. The amount of said organic phosphite compound used is desirably about 0.001-10pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. polymer blend.
