<p>PURPOSE:To enable cleaning an insulator sufficiently by forming a sliding part, which slides on the umbrella part of said insulalator, through an elastic nervy body while constituting said sliding part from a swelling part to be elastically deformed and fitted into a reentrant part in the under surface of said umbrella part and from a base contacting the lower end face of the umbrella part. CONSTITUTION:A guide lever 11 is caused to contact the top surface of an insulator umbrella part 10A with the gap 10B of an insulator 10 between, while an operating lever 1 is retained. Said guide lever is pushed forward as it is in said state, until respective rollers 12, 13 contact the insulator umbrella part 10A. Then, a roll 15 contacts the edge part of said insulator umbrella part 10A, the lower body part 6a rises against the spring force of a spring 14, and a swelling part 21a is fitted into and stuck to a reentrant part (a) in the lower end face of the umbrella part while it is deformed elastically. Also, a base 21b adheres to the umbrella part lower end face (b). Therefore, if a sliding part 6 is reciprocated along the insulator surface by operation of the operating lever 1 while wash water is emitted from nozzles 8, 9, the whole surface of the insulator umbrella part 10A can be cleaned sufficiently.</p> |
