PURPOSE:To absorb the shock in a bending of folding back by composing a cylinder end cover with an inner tube, an outer tube, and a folding back bending to connect the both tubes. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder end cover 12 is composed of an inner tube 12a and an outer tube 12b, and the outer tube 12b is linked to cover the inner tube 12a through a bending folding back from an end of the inner tube 12a. The outer tube 12b has the end opposite to the folding back bending 12c as a free end, and the outer and the inner tubes 12b and 12a are composed in a one-side linking structure each other through the folding back bending 12c. The both tubes 12a and 12b have a springing effect through the folding back bending 12c, and can absorb the load and the shock in the diameter direction when a cylinder rod is operated.
