At this time, the energy beam E operates an energy beam optical system 9 so that the beam projecting position is set within 0.3 mm at both sides of the seam 6 center via an energy beam position controller 8 on the stuck seam F of the upstream of the second squeeze rolls 2 to perform the seam welding.
