PURPOSE:To form a uniform resin film on whole parts of a substrate to be coated by heating the substrate in a preheating process and curing the upper part of the substrate in a first gelation process, which is uniformly stuck with powdered resin in a coating process and reversing the substrate and curing the upper part thereof in a second gelation process. CONSTITUTION:In a preheating process A, the substrate to be coated with consists of metallic or nonmetallic substrate parts is heated at 100-400 deg.C in a preheating furnace 21. In the following coating process B, the substrate to be coated is fed into air circulating systems of powdered resin provided plurally in parallel and coated and thereafter separated from the resin particles. In a succeeding first gelation process C, the top part of the substrate which is placed on a velt conveyor fitted with a cooler and transferred is heated and melted and the resin of the top face side is allowed to gel and thereafter cooled. Furthermore in a reverse process D of the substrate to be coated, the substrate is reversed. In a following second gelation process E, the top part of the substrate which is reversely placed on the velt conveyor fitted with a cooler and transferred is heated and melted to allow all parts of resin to gel. In a succeeding curing process, the substrate is heated, cured and cooled.
