PURPOSE:To carry out granulation, coating and drying and to prevent the material from sticking to the inner bottom wall of vessel body or the granules from sticking each other by providing the mechanism swinging a spherical vessel or the mechanism turning the spherical vessel forward and backward between a specified angle. CONSTITUTION:The evacuatable spherical vessel 1 consists of a main body 11 which is opened upward and provided with a heating means 13, and a cover 12 hermetically fixed to the main body, and a revolving shaft 41 is hermetically provided at the center of the cover 12 so as to point the center of the main body 11. Suitable numbers of agitating blades 4 are fixed at the top end of the revolving shaft 41 so as to closed to the inner surface of the main body 11, and the nozzle 7 of a spray device 71 is hermetically furnished to a part of the cover 12 in the spherical vessel 1. The mechanism swinging the spherical vessel 1 or the mechanism turning the vessel 1 forward and backward between a specified angle is provided. As a result, this apparatus has the functions of granulation, coating and drying, and the sticking of material to the inner bottom part of main body of the vessel and the sticking between each granule on the way of heavy weight or even of other character are granulated in good uniformity of size.
