PURPOSE:To make it possible to simultaneously manage both the extrusion and the decoration of an outer surface and consequently contrive to simplify processes and to reduce cost by a method wherein a heat-resistant film, onto which embossed pattern is marked, is pasted to thermoplastic resin under extrusion during the extrusion of the thermoplastic resin and, after cooling, the heat-resistant film is peeled off from the resin. CONSTITUTION:Embossed pattern is marked on the surface of a heat-resistant film 2 such as polyester film, urethane film, silicone film, fluoroplastic film or the like. Next, when a trim is intended to be manufactured by extruding thermoplastic resin such as polyvinyl chloride resin or the like, said heat-resistant film 2, onto which the embossed pattern is marked, is heated and extruded together with the thermoplastic resin or only the thermoplastic resin is extruded and the heat-resistant film 2, onto which the embossed pattern is marked, is pasted to the resin, which is just extruded and has high temperature. During this, the marking of the heat-resistant film is going to be transferred to the trim. After that, the trim, to which the heat-resistant film is attached, is cooled and finally the trim, which is decorated by the embossed pattern 3 in continuous form is obtained by peeling the heat-resistant film 2 off from the trim 1.
