Boat Toy and Method for Making Same The floatable toy of this invention comprises a raft portion having longitudinally extending edges and two pontoons which comprise floatable, generally cylindrically shaped bodies, each having a longitudinal axis and each affixed to the raft adjacent to a longitudinal edge with the longitudinal axis of the pontoons parallel to said longitudinal edge. Means are provided for affixing the pontoons in such position to the raft, these means comprising arcuate brackets extending from each of the longitudinal edges. At least a portion of said brackets are adapted to cooperate with and interfit into depressions in the cylindrical wall of the pontoons to present a positive means for securing said pontoons to the raft portion.
