PURPOSE:To make it possible to surely burst a thin film part when the gas pressure is abnormally increased by forming the thin film part in a gasket obtained by injecting a thermoplastic resin by pressing with an ultrasonic welder. CONSTITUTION:A gasket 1 is formed with polyamide resin. The gasket 1 is placed on a gasket table 10, and pressed with a die 8 attached to an ultrasonic piezoelectric transducer 9 to form a 0.1mm thin-film part 4. The thickness of the thin film part 4 can optionally be adjusted by adjusting the distance between the gasket table 10 and the tip of the die 8. Because of the press using an ultrasonic welder, no orientation of the resin arises. Therefore, the thin film part is surely burst when gas pressure is abnormally increased. |
