The system, in plastics material, consists of a series of stackable intermediate parts above a similar base element, together with a top cover fitting the upper part, or directly on the base element. The fitting together of the various elements is achieved by upper and lower external grooves, on which sepg. coaxial decorative rings can be fitted to hold the assembly together. - The top consists of a disc with a lower coaxial collar to fit into the groove in the upper part or the base, which on the upper side may have a peripheral extension to form an ash tray, soap dish, tray, etc.
