CONSTITUTION:The periphery parts 11a, 12a of the large diameter parts of the billet 15 having plural large diameter parts 11, 12, 13, 14 is heated by a high-frequency heating, etc. The heated outer periphery parts 11a, 12a are fluidizing deformed by the pressing members 4, 5 having the thick part forming recesses 21a, 22a to form the thick parts on the outer periphery parts 11a, 12a.
