PURPOSE:To enable the efficient use of large amounts of liquid component by using the liquid component obtained by subjecting the waste liquid of low- class distilled spirits to solid-liquid separation for concrete moldings. CONSTITUTION:The waste liquid of low-class distilled spirits is subjected to solid-liquid separation and hydrogen ion concn. of the liquid component is regulated to about 5-6 and then a flocculating agent such as alum and ferrous sulfate is added to solidify the dissolved components and thereafter it is again subjected to solid-liquid separation. A molded concrete material is formed by mixing the obtained final liquid with cement and ballast or the like. As a result, the efficient use of large amounts of liquid component is enabled. Further the possibilities of environmental pollution are prevented by enclosing it into concrete. |
