PURPOSE:To instantaneously obtain the image of desirable coloring density on thermosensitive pressure sensitive recording paper by altering the pressing force against the thermosensitive pressure sensitive recording medium of a pressing means for destroying a microcapsule with oil pressure. CONSTITUTION:A pressurizing developing device 8 superposes the microcapsule paper 4 carried by carrying devices 1 and 2 on color developing paper 9 and pressurizes them by two pressure rollers 8a and 8b so as to develop a latent image formed on the microcapsule paper 4 on the color developing paper 9. At this time a piston 18a provided on a cylinder 17a in order to optionally pressurize the pressure roller 8a with the oil pressure from an oil pressure pump 11 is mounted on both end parts of the upper roller 8a tightly facing to the lower roller 8b and the piston 18a presses the both end parts of the upper roller 8a with the oil pressure of oil which is made to flow in the cylinder 17a. Thus, the image of desirable coloring density can be instantaneously obtained on the thermosensitive pressure sensitive recording paper.
