PURPOSE:To raise the effect of suppressing vibration by a simple constitution in which an accumulator is connected by outer piping through a mode switching valve to an oil-pressure cylinder for operation. CONSTITUTION:When a boom supporting a working device is ready to turn, a variation of pressure occurs in the head side oil chamber 8a of the boom cylinder 8 supporting the boom. In this case, the chamber 8a is connected to an accumulator 18 through pipes 14a and 15, a mode switching valve 16, and a slow-return check valve 17 by switching to the connecting position of the valve 16, and oil in the chamber 8a flows through the valve 17, etc., in and out of the accumulator 18. By spring action resulting from accumulated pressures of the accumulator 18 and also by damping action resulting from the throttling 17a of the valve 17, vibration can be suppressed.
