PURPOSE:To solve the instability of the output of light of a light emitting source, to eliminate the need for a feedback control system, etc., and to simplify a device by making the radiant light of the light emitting source transmitted through a saturation absorber so as to output. CONSTITUTION:The radiant light L of the light emitting source 1 is made to be transmitted through the saturation absorber 2 and outputted. Since the saturation absorber has characteristic that the light beam having a certain intensity is radiated even if the intensity of the incident light is altered, the change in the lapse of time of an output light is prevented. In the case of stabilizing the intensity of the radiant light of the light emitting source, the feedback control system is not made needless, so that the device can be simplified. Especially a half-mirror conventionally used for separating the light beam for control is made needless and the scale-down of the device can be possible.
