摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the durability against temperature variation by a method wherein connector housings of connectors are made of moldable heat resistant resin with a specific heat resistant temperature and the bottom boards of the connector housings have circuit patterns directly on their lower surfaces and constitute circuit boards by themselves. CONSTITUTION:Connectors with one or more connector blocks and a circuit board with a circuit pattern on its rear surface are provided. In the respective connector blocks, pin terminals whose one side ends are soldered to the circuits of the circuit board and whose other ends are extended vertically to the bottom boards of the connector blocks in the chambers of the blocks through terminal insertion holes formed in the circuit board are provided. The connector housings of the connectors is made of moldable heat resistant resin whose heat resistant temperature is about 140 deg.C and, moreover, the bottom boards of the connector housings have circuit patterns directly on their lower surfaces and constitute circuit boards by themselves. The heat resistant resin which can be used for the circuit board are polyethersulfone, polysulfone, polyetherimide, polyamideimide and so forth. With this constitution, the circuit board which is stable and durable against temperature variation can be obtained,.
