PURPOSE:To perform accurate preceding indication all the time and to prevent fluctuation in predicted values due to errors in operation, by using realtime temperature data in measurement, computing parameter in a predicting expression, and using the realtime temperature data themselves as intended variables. CONSTITUTION:The temperature which is measured with a temperature measuring part 1 is inputted into a predicting operation part 2. A shape recognizing means 10 in the predicting operation part 2 sets the value of a shape parameter alphafor strictly distinguishing a plurality of temperature increasing curves based on the detected temperature curve in the initial stage of the temperature increase. A curve analyzing means 11 uses predicting functions including said shape parameter alpha and obtains coefficient parameters A0 and A1 of the estimating functions. An estimating expression is specified together with the already preset shape parameter 2 with the curve analyzing means 11. A predicting operation means 12 uses the predicting expression at the present time specified by the curve analyzing means 11, estimates and operates the detected temperature value at an arbitrary time and outputs the result on a display part 3. |
