发明名称 SURFACE TREATING METHOD FOR METAL PLATE
摘要 PURPOSE:To protect an entire cutting plane and to make it to the same extent as the protecting effect of other surface parts by attaching protective material to the cutting plane after cutting a metal plate with a laser beam to form a protective film on the cutting plane by the heating at the time of cutting. CONSTITUTION:The laser beam 4 from a laser beam generation part 3 is projected on a surface treated steel plate and the laser beam generation part 3 is moved to cut the surface treated steel plate continuously. On the other hand, when low-melting point metallic powder of the surface protective material is blown against the cutting plane and attached thereto from a nozzle 5 provided in the vicinity of the laser beam generation part 3, the cutting plane is immediately molten because of the high temperature. Next, the cutting plane is gradually cooled as the laser beam generation part 3 moves and a plating film is constituted on the entire cutting plane. Moreover, even if thermosoftening resin instead of the metallic powder is utilized, the protective film can be formed. Moreover, even if a pulverulent body generation part 7 is replaced with a gas compressor and further, the nozzle 5 is charged with a coating roller and thermohardening resin is applied to an entire cutting part, the same protective film as mentioned above can be formed.
