PURPOSE:To allow melted bur to uniformly and evenly adhere to the side surface of a deburring iron by a method wherein the heated deburring iron is moved in the resultant direction of the direction of a continuous bur and the axial direction of the deburring iron. CONSTITUTION:A heated deburring iron 3 is brought into contact, starting from its tip part, with a bur 2 under the state that the iron is directed at an angle, at which the radiation of the iron gives little effect to the surface of a front bumper 1. Next, the deburring iron 3 is moved in the resultant direction X, in which a bur continues, and the axial direction Y of the deburring iron 3 so as to adhere the bur 2 over the domain ranging from the tip part to the basic end part of the side surface of the deburring iron 3. Thus, a surface 4 to be deburred can be finished smoothly. The bur 2 adhered to the side surface of the deburring iron 2 burns by the heat of the iron 3 to ashes. |
