PURPOSE:To obtain a coating layer which has heat-resisting performance and does not interrupt varnish hardening by providing a periphery of a conductor with a bridge coating layer of a resin composition which contains respective specific amounts of alkyl group addition mercapto imidazole and the like in an ethylene-based copolymer. CONSTITUTION:A periphery of a conductor is provided with a bridge coating layer of a resin composition which contains 3 pts.wt. to 15 pts.wt. of alkyl group addition mercapto benzimidazole and 0.3 pts.wt. to 2.0 pts.wt. of 6-(4 hydroxy-3,5-di-t-butyl aniline)2,4-bis-octyl-thio-1,3,5-triazine in a 100 pts.wt. ethylene-based copolymer. An ethylene-based copolymer, which is excellent in its insulating and heat resisting features, is used as a base polymer. For example, ethylene propylene rubber, ethylene-butene copolymer, and the like are used singly or in the blended form of two or more species. Accordingly a coating layer, which is characteristic of resisting temperatures of 120 deg.C or more and not interrupting a varnish effect, can be obtained.
