PURPOSE:To easily manufacture a stone-pitched block by a method wherein jelly-like substance is poured in the masonry joint parts of stones, which are arranged onto a reinforcing sheet which is laid onto the bottom plate of a frame, and, after that, concrete is cast over the stones and cured and finally the reinforcing sheet is peeled off. CONSTITUTION:A frame, which consists of a bottom plate and side frames, for a block 1 is assembled and, in addition, a reinforcing sheet is laid onto the bottom plate. Stones 2 are arranged onto the reinforcing sheet so as to face their surfaces to the reinforcing sheet side. Jelly-like substance is poured in the masonary joint parts between the stones. After that, mortar is cast over the stones to the extent that the stones are imbedded in the mortar. Finally, concrete is cast on the mortar. After the curing, the concrete is demolded and the reinforcing sheet is peeled off the demolded concrete. At this time, the major part of the jelly-like substance is recovered together with the reinforcing sheet. Further, the surface of the resultant block is finished by washing with water. As a result, a favorable product can surely be manufactured.
