PURPOSE:To obtain a strongly hardened leak-stop paint film by a method in which ground water is removed from the water leak portion and a water-proof coating material is painted on the water leak portion. CONSTITUTION:Ground water in and near the water leak portion of the concrete wall and floor of an underground structure 2 is removed to cut off permeating water. A water-proof coating material 6 is then painted on the whole surface of the wall and floor. Since no water pressure is applied to the back side of the material 6 until it is hardened, a strongly hardened paint film can be obtained.
