PURPOSE:To obtain a plastisol composition excellent in the surface hardness of a molding, mattness, dry touch, etc., by mixing a polyvinyl chloride paste resin with a methacrylate resin of specified properties and a plasticizer at a specified weight ratio. CONSTITUTION:A polyvinyl chloride paste resin (A) is mixed with a methacrylate resin (B) which is a homopolymer or copolymer (e.g., methyl methacrylate/acrylic acid copolymer) containing at least 90wt.% methyl methacrylate and is a powdery polymer having an average MW>=100,000 and an average particle diameter of 1-200mu and a plasticizer (C) (e.g., dibutyl phthalate) at a component A/component B weight ratio of 20/80-95/5 to obtain the purpose plastisol composition. The obtained plastisol composition can be desirably used as a surface layer of a floor material, a wall material, or the like.
